Data and updates
Your league is read only: rosters, lineup slots, scoring rules and weekly matchups. Projections and matchup ranks refresh through the week.
How to read it
- Pick your league and the week. The lineup shows who is set to start; switch to Best lineup to see the changes that add projected points.
- Lock a starter or bench a player and the best lineup is solved again around your choice. Games that have kicked off stay where they are.

Does My Lineup Optimizer change my lineup?
No. It only reads your league. Make any changes in your league app.
Which leagues work?
Sleeper leagues and public ESPN leagues, including redraft, keeper, dynasty and best ball. On any other platform, enter your roster by hand.
Does the matchup rank change the projection?
No. The rank shows what the opponent has allowed to the position so far. The lineup is chosen by projected points alone, so the matchup is never counted twice.
Who can use My Lineup Optimizer?
