NFL Postgame Insights (Free)
Postgame Insights is a free page in the NFL Data Lab with cards for every finished game, each saying what stood out: a one sentence headline with the key number, a short paragraph of context and a small chart.

What it measures
- Career highs, season highs and streaks, checked against every game we hold for the player
- PPR fantasy points, with ranks at each position once every game of the week is final
- Target, carry, snap, air yard and route shares from the same game
- Quarterback play under pressure and against the blitz, plus team pass rush, sacks and takeaways
Data and updates
Built from the official box score of each game, our weekly snap and usage tables and our play charting. Cards appear after the final whistle; pressure, blitz and route splits are added once a game is charted.
How to read it
- Pick a season and a week. A week that still has games to play says how many are final and links to the last complete week.
- Each card names the player and the defense he faced. The bold line holds the key number, the paragraph adds the context, and the chart shows his weekly trend or his share of the team.
- Tap the download button on a card to save it as an image.

Postgame Insights FAQ
Is Postgame Insights free?
Yes. Every card for every finished game is free and needs no account.
Which fantasy scoring do the cards use?
Full PPR, one point per catch, and every fantasy total on the page uses it.
When do the cards appear?
After each game is final. Comparisons with other players, such as the most by a receiver this week, are added once every game of the week is final.
What does career high mean on a card?
A card says career, and carries the Career high badge, only when every game of the player's career is in our data. When we hold all of his regular season games but not every playoff game, the card says so and the badge reads Multi season high. For veterans whose careers began earlier, it says since the start of the 2023, 2024 or 2025 season instead, or counts regular season games only, so every game in the comparison is in our data.
Does it make picks?
No. The cards describe what happened in the game. They are not picks or predictions.
